Are the technicians at SeekZen Systems certified?

  • All technicians at SeekZen Systems are Microsoft certified on one or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Pro/Server , Exchange 2000/2007, Windows XP/7, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.
  • SeekZen Systems is proud to be a Microsoft-certified Small Business Specialist.  We've taken careful measures to be certified by Microsoft in what we do best - small businesses and organizations.

What is included in the complimentary one-hour consultation?

  • SeekZen Systems will come onsite to your office to discuss your current issues and future needs. This visit is entirely complimentary.
  • We can also perform a Technology Assessment of your current infrastructure detailing areas where there may be potential problems.  This may include a personal inspection of your server and workstations, depending upon how detailed you would like our report and recommendations to be.
  • Finally, within 3 business days, the Technology Assessment will be sent to you with different solutions of varying depth that will rectify your current issues and prepare you for your future needs.

What is a Technology Assessment?
  • A Technology Assessment is a comprehensive document that SeekZen drafts for our clients. Included in this assessment: a summary of the current technology infrastructure, the top three client concerns, and possible options that will address these concerns.
  • Custom Technology Assessments are delivered by e-mail within 3 working days. Please contact SeekZen Systems with any questions regarding your Technology Assessment.
What is the difference between Service on Demand, Consulting Services, and Managed IT Services?
  • Service on Demand is geared for our clients that require fewer than 10 hours of service performed for each engagement. Most work can usually be completed in one visit.
  • Consulting Services are geared towards clients that require services over a period of time with a defined goal and will probably require over 10 hours of service. Consulting Services may include multiple types of services within a single engagement. In addition, Consulting Services are billed on a project basis.
  • Managed IT Services are geared towards our clients that wish to have a stable, reliable "virtual IT department" on hand at all times.  To see if you are a good candidate for Outsourced IT services, please see our FAQs section regarding Outsourced IT services.
    • Note: Both monthly and pre-paid plan options are available.
What discounts are available?
    SeekZen Systems has several discounts available - please contact us if you are eligible and would like the discount applied.
     
  • For nonprofit organizations (select one):
    - 10% recurring discount off of the monthly fee for Outsourced IT plans
    - 20% off of the first invoice for either Service on Demand or Consulting Services
  • For Outsourced IT plan clients:
    - Receive 20% off of the entire project fee and waived retainer fees for Consulting Services
    - Waived travel charges within the SeekZen Systems coverage area within the San Francisco Bay Area
How do I know what work was performed?
  • SeekZen Systems takes pride in documenting all work performed.  We have detailed documentation for both internal and external purposes.
  • At the end of each month, you will receive a listing of each issue worked, who initiated the request, and how much time was spent on each issue.
