Service-on-Demand is SeekZen System's solution to any unexpected IT issues your small business may experience. Since Service-on-Demand is for smaller IT issues on an ad-hoc basis, engagement is extremely rapid and requires minimal commitment. This usually includes issues that can typically be resolved within 10 hours. For larger projects, please see our Consulting Services page for details.

Here's an example of some of the services we have performed for our clients using Service-on-Demand:
  • Computer Migrations - Transfer data and applications to a new system
  • Basic Home Office Setup (up to 3 computers) - Set up wireless/wired network, create automated data backups, configure safety protocols
  • Equipment Recommendations & Setup - Provide technology advice on equipment purchasing and set up equipment
  • Troubleshooting Issues - Troubleshoot any IT issues, for example, printing issues, and intermittent internet access connection problems
  • Security/Intrusion Audits - Perform security audits to your current technological infrastructure to prevent intrusion and attacks
Service-on-Demand services can typically be performed remotely or at the client's location.  Onsite visits can be scheduled 48 hours in advance and will be billed at the Service-on-Demand rate to the credit card on file. Emergency onsite same-day services may also be accommodated with an additional 50% fee by contacting our Emergency Support hotline.
