What constitutes IT support that is "billable"?
  • Any questions regarding technology advice, implementation, troubleshooting, or research.
  • Any maintenance/upgrades on your workstations, servers, network equipment, or any technology peripherals.
  • SeekZen Systems tracks all work performed in quarter-hour (15 minute) increments.
What are your billing cycles?
  • Monthly invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due on the 15th of the month.
